 What is the return policy?

We are confident that you will adore your Resiila purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not be as expected. 
- If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at customercare@resiila.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will take care of all the shipping and provide a full refund. 
- If you are unsatisfied with your product for any other reason, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges of unworn, undamaged merchandise within 14 days from the shipping date. Please note that a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

What is the exchange policy?

We happily accept exchanges of unworn, undamaged merchandise within 14 days from the shipping date. Please note that a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to customs regulations.

How can I track my order?

Sign into your account, and you will find it under order history! Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

What do the different statuses of your order mean?
- Processing: Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfill. If all items in your order are in-stock, the typical processing time is 3-4 business days!
- Shipping: Yay! Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.
- Completed: Your order is now complete! If you have received your item(s) and 14 days have passed, your order status will automatically change to "Completed." Enjoy your beautiful Resiila jewelry!
- Refund/Exchange: We have received your refund/exchange request and are currently processing it. You will be notified once the process is complete.

Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?

Our team is dedicated to dispatching your order as swiftly as possible, which means we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests or changes to your order can be accommodated once it's been placed.
